- Products purchased must be returned within 20 days of receipt.
- Products purchased must be unworn and unwashed.
- Products purchased must have all tags
- Products purchased marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
- Accessories, underwear, bodysuits, and any any/or all pre-order products cannot be returned.
- If you do not request a signed signature upon purchase (which adds cost to your shipping price), we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen goods.
- Pre-order items take up too 2-3 weeks to arrive once payment is received, and there is NO refunds on any item that is pre-ordered
Returns for store credit will be granted only if all the products returned fit the return policy. If a store credit is given it will be free of charge. If you make a return for a refund to your original payment method will require a processing and handling fee. This fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. Keep in mind all original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sales Tax will be added to the product(s) in your cart upon checkout.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.
Placing an Order
After you have added product(s) to your cart please review your cart upon checkout. Before you checkout make sure you review all the items in your cart to verify the quantities are correct or to verify if any products need to be removed. Once you have reviewed the product(s) in your cart, you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order.
Verification and Shipping
Please make sure, when placing your order, that your address matches the billing address on your credit card statement. If this information does not match we may have to put your order on hold. If the billing address is different than the shipping address please make sure you fill out the two different addresses upon checkout. When you are entering the shipping address make sure the address, zip code, city, and state are correct. If the shipping address does not match delivery services records we will have to contact you for an update. This will delay your order.
